Rain. ALL THE TIME lately. And cold. Friday was a stupid cold, rainy mess. My cure for this is
I am a creature who needs the sun. As soon as the weather was nice on Saturday, I was out and about to enjoy it (those pics to be posted later). Of course, all of the crazies were out on Saturday also... doing last minute Christmas shopping (I was actually doing the FIRST of my Christmas shopping. sigh). Chaos EVERYWHERE. People driving crazy. People lined up for miles to checkout at stores. People running into things with their shopping carts (okay, that last one was me). It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
Ann Taylor cardigan, Gap shirt, Wal Mart jeans, DIY boot socks, Hunter boots, Louis Vuitton bag, Michael Kors watch, Forever 21 earrings and bangles, AT Loft necklace and ring
I love this outfit, and can't believe your jeans came from Walmart! I'm not a rainy day person either, so I understand your pain. Last minute shopping is never fun, especially in bad weather, but you make it look good!
ReplyDeleteWore my hunters today too. Great minds think alike.

Superb outfit! I have trouble coping with rain and cold, too. At least, if it's cold, there should be snow.
ReplyDeleteWal Mart jeans? Shut the front door! Love how you winterized them with the chambray & cardi...this is such a cute, comfy look. :)

Very cute! I hate rainy and gloomy days and that is all it has been since our move.
ReplyDeleteSo chic! I love the layering... the boots + socks, and the cardigan over your blouse. Perfect! xo
ReplyDeleteBut you make the rain look so stylish!! Love this outfit!
ReplyDeleteThe wellies with the socks = totally brills! Loving this look and I agree...you make the rain look chic! xo
ReplyDeleteI really like the colors in this outfit. I for one, feel unstoppable in my Hunter boots when it's yucky outside (and I purposely walk through puddles).
ReplyDeleteI love my Hunter boots too! I have a green pair and a brown pair!
ReplyDeleteYou have inspired me to pull out my white jeans and rock them this winter ;)

You look absolutely fabulous. Sometimes I like the rain and sometimes I don't...if I'm home and it's time for a cuddle day on the couch with chili, then yes! Right now, I'd absolutely love for the rain to turn to snow. Everyone thinks I am crazy for this, but snow would make my week right now. Yes, people were crazy on Saturday for me as well and today during my lunch (I won't be running out again this week for any Xmas errands or any for that matter).
ReplyDeleteWahoo, Hunter wellies! Love them xx
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas xx
