Living in the Season



I keep seeing all of the new fall clothing lines and blog posts and it makes me sooo happy to know my favorite season is right around the corner. That being said, it will be hot in Nashville for quite a bit longer. I can accept that. As much as I LOVE fall and look forward to wearing fall clothes, this weekend the weather was absolutely beautiful and I was so happy to put on a light, floral dress and enjoy the warm sun on my skin. It's just not the time for sweaters and boots yet, so until then... I'll be enjoying what is left of summer. :) I think this is what they call 'living in the moment' - which you should know is not something I'm good at. But look at me trying so hard :)

    I love that dress and the wedges are so fun! I can never wear wedges like that because they cause blisters on my ankles so I have to resort to the mule style :)

    That dress is so pretty! I love the girlyness of it!
    I have the opposite problem...I love Fall fashion...but Fall comes and goes so quickly where I live so I'm instantly thrown into Winter wear. I would do anything to have the warm weather last a lot longer!!

    Absolutely love this look on you! The dress is fabulous, especially with the belt. It will be warm down here in Florida too for awhile (obviously!) so I will be anxiously awaiting fall right along with you!
